Ingredients

Acetaminophen

A class of medications called analgesics (pain relievers). Commonly found in Tylenol®†, acetaminophen is used to relieve pain from headaches, muscle aches, menstrual cramps.

Caffeine

Acts as a diuretic (a substance that helps shed excess fluid) to counteract excess water retention caused by your period. It reduces bloating, and also acts as a stimulant to help reduce fatigue.

Pyrilamine Maleate

An antihistamine that helps reduce inflammation caused by your body’s response to hormonal fluctuations during menstruation, which can show up as bloating and cramps.
