By law, the FDA does not approve dietary supplements. But, the FDA does regulate both dietary supplements and dietary ingredients. At FLO, we follow what the FDA established for dietary supplements in 2007 called "current Good Manufacturing Practice" (cGMP) regulations requiring that manufacturers evaluate their products through testing identity, purity, strength, and composition. We not only tested for stability with our manufacturers, but also did 3rd-party testing for potency of active ingredients, adulterants like heavy metals and microbes, allergens, rancidity and other unwanted contaminants.

On a FLO subscription plan? Sounds like you’ve really got your sh*t together. For FLO subscriptions, you’ll be charged as soon as you place your first order. Depending on your plan, you’ll be billed every 30 days or every 60 days from then on.
When will my FLO supply ship?
As soon as you sign up for a FLO subscription, we’ll ship the goods! After that, we’ll send a fresh supply of gummies your way every 30 or 60 days (depending on your plan).
How do I update my shipping and/or billing information?
Super easy. Log in to your account, make the updates, and give our system 24 hours to reflect the changes.
I see multiple charges on my account. What gives?
If initial attempts to process your payment either failed or declined, they might show up on your bank statement as authorization holds; meaning they aren’t legit charges, and should disappear from your statement in a few business days. It may mean your card info needs updating, in which case, log in to your account page and edit your info. Once updated, we’ll ship your FLO, send over billing/shipping confirmation, and you’ll be that much closer to sending those PMS symptoms packing!
How do I cancel my FLO subscription?
PMS f*cking sucks. We want to make it (and TBH, everything else in your life) suck less. If FLO isn’t for you, the last thing we’ll do is make it complicated to cancel. Just log in to your account page, scroll down to “Manage Account” and choose the subscription you’d like to cancel. P.S. We’ll miss ya.
